Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
-We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 2 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
-You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us directly at 719-698-4748, replying to your appointment confirmation email, or through our online booking system.
-No-Shows: A "no-show" is when a client misses their scheduled appointment without any prior notice.Unfortunately, no-shows disrupt our schedule and prevent us from accommodating other clients. For any no-shows, a fee will be charged to the card on file.
-Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to avoid inconveniencing other clients. In case of a reschedule due to late arrival, the cancellation policy applies.
-Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from providing adequate notice. We will do our best to accommodate you and waive any fees on a case-by-case basis.
